At Rhein German, we strive to provide exceptional German language coaching services to our students. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel or seek a refund for your enrollment. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlined below:

Cancellation Policy:

1. Online Classes for 8-10 Standard Students, 11 and 12th Standard Students, and Professionals:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at the discretion of Rhein German.
  
  

2. German Language Certification Preparation (A1 to C1 Levels):

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at the discretion of Rhein German.

Refund Policy:

1. Online Classes for 8-10 Standard Students, 11 and 12th Standard Students, and Professionals:

• Refund requests made within 7 days of enrollment will be honored, subject to a deduction for any classes attended or materials provided.
• Refund requests made after 7 days of enrollment will not be eligible for a refund.
  
  

2. German Language Certification Preparation (A1 to C1 Levels):

• Refund requests made within 14 days of enrollment will be honored, subject to a deduction for any classes attended or materials provided.
• Refund requests made after 14 days of enrollment will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation:

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer service team at enquiry@rheingerman.com or call +91-9930390120. Please provide your name, contact information, enrollment details, and reason for the refund or cancellation request.

Note: Rhein German reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be updated on our website.
